Volkswagen Financial Services

Base Interiors monitored the construction of the new Volkswagen Financial Services Italian Hqs. After more than 20 years in the same premisesits spaces, the client entrusted Il Prisma with the spatial and functional analysis of its headquarters space needs in order to identify the right building on the market, and then the Concept for the interior spaces. The selected building was the Arcadia Center, designed by Giuseppe Tortato Architetti on assignement from InvestiRe.

Base Interiors was appointed as consultant within customer’s Facility Management team to supervise the project in all its phases, from the new and old building contract management, to project management during building construction works with the assignment of monitoring and managing external and internal project progress and challenges. Support to Facility and Procurement departments included performing cost analysis and contract management, and drafting tender specifications. Progress and achievements were reported  to top management during project Steering Committee meetings, together with analysis of potential issues and alternative plans for managing possible emergencies.
